During my tenure, I led all creative and strategy and managed the marketing department, initiatives, budgets and resourcing and co-creative directed all retail design. I helped build the brand from a startup Colorado brand with a broad target audience to a national juggernaut pioneering the category of “functional cannabis” and focusing on women 35-50, achieving 12x revenue growth in 2.5 years, and becoming one of the most talked about brands in the space, with press including Business Insider, Goop, Cosmo, Forbes and Rolling Stone.
